Appathurai not rule out creation of NATO-RF sectoral MD
MOSCOW, February 14 (Itar-Tass) - NATO Secretary General's Special
Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai ruled
out the possibility of creating a sectoral missile defence system of NATO and

North Korea, China security ministries seal cooperation deal
PYONGYANG, February 14 (Itar-Tass) - North Korea and China signed an

Seven sailors missing in Russian ship wreck off South Korea
